In the article, the author talks about that many women with engineering degrees choose to leave this field. Even though there are argument that woman left engineering due to self-issues, like a lack of self-confidence, the evidence shows that the work culture is the problem. The office climate that male dominated often lead to the problems like the lack of work-life balance policies, glass ceiling issues and workplace discrimination. Women left engineering for variety of reasons that caused by unfriendly work environment, to fix that, something need to be changed.
